My home made Kung Pao Chicken is easy and fast to make and tastes just as good as the restaurant kind. This version is made in a wok rather than deep fried and can be put together fast as there is no need for marinating. I've also included a great recipe for a soy sauce substitute that has become a staple in my cooking.
